How to come

From Francisco Sá Carneiro airport (Porto) to Aveiro  

By Train

The best way to come to Aveiro from this airport is by metro and then by train. You should take the metro (purple line) until the station “Campanhã” (~30 min). There you should take a train to Aveiro (40-50 min). You must buy the tickets before enter in the transports.

By Car

It takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour to travel from Porto to Aveiro using A1 or A29 highways.

From Humberto Delgado airport (Lisbon) to Aveiro

By Train

The best way to come to Aveiro from this airport is by metro and then by train. You should take the metro (red line) until the station “Oriente” (~10 min). There you should take a train to Aveiro (2-2:30 hours). You must buy the tickets before enter in the transports. You can buy the train tickets in advance here.

By Car

It takes about 2 hours to travel from Lisbon to Aveiro using A1 or A8 and A17 highways.
