NOTE: If you are interested in submit an abstract for a poster presentation you can do it here. You can have the opportunity to present your poster’s work in a flash talk. See more information in the abstract submission form.
The scientific committee will select the best poster presented at the ISBMS. The winner of the Best Poster Award will be announced during the closing ceremony and awarded with a certificate together with 100 € kindly sponsored by Society for Biohydrogels.
Payment
Payment must be done by bank transfer until the following dates:
– 6th October in case of early bird registration without abstract submission
– 20th October in case of early bird registration with abstract submission
– 3rd November in case of regular fees

The receipts will be issued only if requested and amendments will not be accepted.
Full payment of costs should be made in EURO (payments in any other currency will not be accepted).
Currency exchanges or bank fees have to be paid by the registrant.
For attendees of University of Aveiro payment will imply a different procedure. Please send an e-mail to ciceco-compass@ua.pt with the subject: “REGISTRATION SYMPOSIUM_UA” and further indications will be provided.
Cancellation information
Substitutions are possible at any time but please send na email to ciceco-compass@ua.pt with the subject “SUBSTITUTION SYMPOSIUM”.
If you find it necessary to cancel the registration, please send na email to ciceco-compass@ua.pt with the subject “CANCELLATION SYMPOSIUM”. Provided written notice is received by 6th Oct, a full refund will be given except a 10 % administration charge. Provided written notice is received between 7th Oct and 20th Oct, a 50 % refund will be given. In these cases, currency exchanges or bank fees have to be paid by the registrant. Provided written notice is received after the 21st Oct or for no-shows at the symposium, there will be no refund.
